Entry fee for the event is $100, which includes:
- BBQ dinner and food vendors available on site *
- Entry into the door prize raffle for sets of Kumho tires (3 sets this year! ) and other gifts
- Commemorative T-Shirt and souvenirs

Cancellation Policy
The deadline for cancelling event entry is Friday August 6 (at 11:59pm). Refunds will be processed after August 29 and are subject to a $10 cancellation fee to cover transaction costs. Unfortunately, requests for refunds received after August 6 cannot be honored.
